Stretching exercise is very beneficial for Foot. It can help to ensure that muscles. Your foot is very important part of body. Most of exercises are simple & require no complicated equipment. You can done at home or in gym as a part of your exercise routine in the morning.
You can do some exercises for Foot.
Runner Stretch.
Runner stretch is very essential before running. This will opens your muscles so stretching is good. You keep one leg on ground & second hold with 90 degree angle from the other. You keep for 30 seconds. The second method is for foot exercise. Hold your toes with one hand & stand straight. Hold this position for 30 seconds. It will be beneficial that tight muscles of the legs. You foot become more flexible by doing this exercises.
Morning Stretch.
Stretching by getting up early in the morning is made quite romantic. Wake up early in the morning & stretching is very necessary. You can stretch your legs in any posture. Body is suppress in sleep & stretching is done in morning.
Tow Stretch.
Feet have many bones and muscles. You can walk, dance and do all kind of work.
